conduct research on the use of rammed earth structures to support fire resilient landscape elements and fire resilient plantings in fire prone regions of CA. I will source various soil compositions from the surrdounding region to create small scale prototypes of rammed earth sculptures/structures, and will compile a booklet of my process, research and findings.
